Okay fine, one technically started yesterday since Japan’s a day ahead of us, but so what. The series that already started on our 24 of June is Umi Monogatari ~Anata ga Ite Kureta Koto~. More information about it & the story can be found here. Fight Ippatsu! Juuden-chan!! is the second.
I don’t really have much regarding it because I wasn’t planning to watch it, but I think I just changed my mind. WatchAnimeOn says:
Juden-chan is the name given to girls who work as OL which they use electricity to cheer up (recharge) depressed people.
Depressed people are graded into different level of danger. At level A, they are at high risk of suicide. Therefore a company is established to send the invisible Juden-chan to save those people.Unfortunately the main character often makes mistake and cause trouble. But yet she still handle to save people with some alternative means.
The idea of the story is really quite unique. Added together with the degree of fan service and light comedy, it’s somehow entertaining. But it does not surpass the old work, Mahoromatic. Judging from v1, ecchiness is very mild, only some occasional fan service shot.
As soon as I can, I’ll be coming out with reviews of this new show……..buttttttttttt as bad as I want to see both shows right now, they (along with Phantom ep 12) haven’t been subbed yet and are still raw.
If you so desire, you can watch the raw episode of Umi Monogatari episode 1 here & Fight Ippatsu! episode 1 (also raw)
Coverage of subbed episodes will be released as soon as possible
